We have ways of thinking and acting that become emotional and spiritual fortresses; protecting our pain and keeping us trapped in the past. This group will help you discover how God wants to shatter those strongholds and release you from your pain.

This five month recovery group (followed by 2 months of support) is currently only offered at our Stony Plain Office.

Begins Monday January 15th for 14 weeks.
